Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped USPS and/or DHL Express.  We offer free shipping on orders over $100, US only.  

Worldwide shipping and US domestic orders under $100 are at discounted rates provided by Shopify.  Shipping for your location can be estimated at checkout.     

Orders (except custom orders) are generally shipped next day except on weekends and holidays.

Please allow 3 - 5 days for processing custom orders.  Standard shipping policy applies after processing.  See product description for more details on processing and shipping of desserts or edible decorations.

Order Tracking: A confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number will be sent to you once your order ships. 

Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled or refused after shipment. 

Shipping Delays - If there are any shipping delays (within our control), you will be notified via email and giving the option for refund.  This does not apply to shipping delays caused by the shipping company.  Please contact the post office directly.
